Three generations, one mission. The board works unpaid and is jointly responsible for the foundation's course, its finances and the observance of its articles of association.

HOW OUR BOARD WORKS
Four agreements that hold the foundation up.

Meetings
The board meets at least twice a year and as often as necessary in addition. Decisions are recorded in minutes.

Decision-making
Decisions are preferably taken unanimously. In the event of a tied vote, the rule set out in the articles of association applies.

Conflicts of interest
When a conflict of interest arises, the board member concerned does not take part in the deliberation or decision, in line with the articles of association.

Remuneration
Board members receive no remuneration. Expenses are reimbursed only on submission of supporting documents (article 2 paragraph 5).
Fully recorded in our articles of association. The annual accounts and activity report are published within six months of the end of the financial year.
