Annual Report

Stichting Support a Bit was established on 29 April 2026. The first reporting year runs from that date through 31 December 2026. The first annual report will be published on this page before 1 July 2027.

What each annual report contains

Every annual report of the foundation consists of two parts.

Activity report

The activity report describes per area of work what has been done during the year. It will at minimum contain:

• a review of the objectives for that year
• an overview of completed projects and activities
• the number of volunteers and participants, where this can be stated without identifying individuals
• the partnerships that were entered into
• a look ahead to the coming year

Financial report

The financial report consists of a statement of income and expenditure and a balance sheet as at 31 December of the reporting year, prepared by the treasurer and adopted by the full board. The report provides insight into:

• the sources of income
• the use of funds, broken down by area of work
• the foundation's own capital and any designated reserves
• the remuneration of the board (which is nil, in accordance with the statutes)

The annual report is published on this page in PDF format and remains available there for at least seven years. A summary in plain language will be available directly on this page.
